Job summary

Triumph Consultants Ltd in Bradford is seeking a Procurement Contract Support Officer to assist the Council's Digital Programmes & Projects Service with procurement and commissioning of ICT products and services. The role is hybrid, 37 hours per week, for 3–4 months, based in Bradford with one day in the office weekly.

You will bring substantial public sector procurement experience, familiarity with PA 2023/PCR 2015, and knowledge of hardware, software and services procurement.

Qualifications

• Significant and detailed public sector procurement experience
• Experience of sourcing through frameworks, tenders and knowledge of PA 2023/PCR 2015 legislation
• Experience of technology hardware, software & services procurement
• Knowledge of Local Authority purchasing principles and multi-functional environments

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and commissioning of products and services underpinning digital & technology services delivery
• Provide procurement support to IT services in accordance with Council regulations and Contract Standing orders
• Use IT service management tools to capture data relating to ITIL processes and ensure relevant documentation is accurate
• Be responsible for assets, equipment and materials within the ICT service
