Qualifications

• Experience with UK public sector procurement regulations.
• Ability to manage a contract pipeline end-to-end.
• Knowledge of contract clauses and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of contracts.
• Verify, modify and extend appropriate contracts.
• Support staff with improvement plans.
• Collaborate with central procurement to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Report on contract lifecycle and spend.
• Understand social values in contracting.
