Job summary

KM Education Recruitment Limited is seeking an IT Coach / Assessor to support learners remotely, with minimal travel for team meetings. The role is full-time and permanent, offering up to £45,000 annually depending on experience.

You will assess Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship learners, embed Functional Skills, manage your diary, and prepare learners for End Point Assessment, while delivering engaging online sessions and ensuring timely progress reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or assessing learners on ICT Apprenticeships at Level 3.
• Hold an Assessor award and/or Level 3 Teaching qualification.
• Must have a Level 4 ICT qualification with relevant experience.
• Experience preparing learners for End Point Assessment.
• Excellent IT skills and comfortable with online systems.
• Flexible with travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coach learners undertaking their Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship.
• Embed Functional Skills Maths and English into delivery.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify learner needs.
• Manage your diary to ensure timely reviews.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to learners’ needs.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Ensure readiness for end point assessment and timely completion.
