Job summary

KM Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking an IT Coach / Assessor to support learners undertaking Level 3 ICT Apprenticeships. The role is remote with occasional travel for team meetings, offering a salary of up to £45,000 depending on skills and experience.

You will assess and coach learners, embed Functional Skills maths and English, and manage your diary to ensure timely reviews and readiness for End Point Assessment. Relevant assessor awards and Level 4 ICT qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or assessing learners on ICT Apprenticeships at Level 3.
• Hold an assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) and/or Level 3 teaching qualification.
• Must hold Level 4 ICT qualification with relevant occupational experience.
• Experience preparing learners for End Point Assessment.
• Excellent IT skills and confidence with online systems.
• Flexible travel as required.

Essential Criteria To Apply

• The successful candidate must have experience coaching or assessing learners working towards ICT Apprenticeships at Level 3 (ideally IT Support Technician).
• Hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) and/or a Level 3 Teaching qualification or above.
• Must hold a relevant ICT qualification (Level 4 or above) and occupational experience appropriate to the level being delivered.
• Experience of preparing learners for End Point Assessment.
• Excellent IT skills and confident with the use of IT and online systems.
• Must be flexible with travel as required.

Duties
