KM Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking an IT Coach / Assessor to support learners undertaking Level 3 ICT Apprenticeships, ideally with IT Support Technician focus. You will coach and assess remotely, with occasional travel for team meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and progression toward End Point Assessment.

The role requires an Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) or a Level 3 teaching qualification, plus a Level 4+ ICT qualification and strong IT skills.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or assessing learners on Level 3 ICT Apprenticeships.
• Has an Assessor award and/or Level 3 teaching qualification or higher.
• Holds an ICT qualification Level 4 or above with relevant occupational experience.

Responsabilités

• Assess and coach learners on Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship.
• Embed Functional Skills Maths and English into delivery.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify learner needs and interventions.
• Manage your diary for timely reviews.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to learner needs.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Ensure readiness for End Point Assessment within learner timelines.

Job Title: IT Coach / Assessor

Location: Remote working - with very limited travel for team meetings

Salary: up to £45,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria To Apply

• The successful candidate must have experience coaching or assessing learners working towards ICT Apprenticeships at Level 3 (ideally IT Support Technician).
• Hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) and/or a Level 3 Teaching qualification or above.
• Must hold a relevant ICT qualification (Level 4 or above) and occupational experience appropriate to the level being delivered.
• Experience of preparing learners for End Point Assessment.
• Excellent IT skills and confident with the use of IT and online systems.
• Must be flexible with travel as required.

Duties

• Assess and coach learners who are undertaking their Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship.
