Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking an IPS Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery and overall performance of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) service. You will supervise Team Leaders and manage staffing, with regular travel to Birmingham & Solihull as part of the role.

The position requires strong relationships with NHS Trusts, commissioners and external partners, and involves coordinating IPS within local mental health teams.

Qualifications

• Expert understanding of IPS and its fidelity scale.
• Experience supervising Team Leaders and managing complex staffing.
• Ability to travel regularly to Birmingham & Solihull area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery and overall performance of the IPS service.
• Provide supervision around IPS and Fidelity and support staffing issues.
• Build partnerships with NHS Trusts, providers and commissioners.
• Work with local mental health teams to integrate IPS within NHS.
