Job summary

Asset Finance House in the United Kingdom seeks an Internal Account Manager to manage relationships with vendors, dealers and brokers and drive profitability of the Hard Asset portfolio.

The role is home-based with one day per week in the Greater London office, travel expenses may be covered. A strong background in Asset Finance and leasing and a proven ability to develop business and assess credit risk are essential.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Asset Finance and Leasing, including market trends, regulations and best practices.
• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to present, negotiate and prioritise work.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with introducers and customers to generate steady sales volume.
• Business Development – Identify and secure deals through introducers and customers, aligning with goals and risk appetite.
• Credit Assessment & Risk Management – Qualify deals and clients creditworthiness and prepare credit proposals with timely decisions.
• Deal Structuring and Negotiation – Structure deals that meet client and company needs; propose alternatives and mitigants when needed.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting – Lead regular business reviews with partners for evaluation and improvements.
• Collaboration and Coordination – Manage a deal end-to-end from quote to payout.
