Job summary

Career Moves Group I B Corp™ is recruiting an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join a dynamic global business in the digital media and technology sector on a 6-month FTC. You will own a busy UK ER caseload and partner with the People team to drive compliant, practical outcomes.

You should bring strong knowledge of UK employment law, experience handling complex cases, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Employee Relations Specialist | 6-Month FTC

I’m currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Specialist to join a global business within the digital media and technology sector on a 6-month FTC.

The business has gone through a period of change, which has led to an increase in ER activity. They’re looking for an experienced UK ER specialist who can come in, take ownership of a busy caseload and provide immediate support to the wider People team.

The role

• Manage a varied UK ER caseload from junior employees through to senior leadership
• Provide expert advice on UK employment law and complex ER matters
• Partner with managers and senior stakeholders on sensitive employee matters
• Coach and support the wider People team, helping to build their UK ER capability
• Bring structure and consistency to case management and help reduce the current workload

About you

You’ll be an experienced UK ER professional with strong employment law knowledge and confidence managing complex cases independently. You’ll ideally have experience across redundancy and organisational change, and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
