Oakleaf Partnership is seeking an interim Employee Relations & Consultation Specialist to support a major restructure with potential collective consultation. The role focuses on administration, documentation, timelines and legal compliance to deliver a complex redundancy programme.

The candidate will own the consultation process, ensuring meticulous planning and timely delivery, working with the People Director and project team, including topic-specific briefing materials for people leaders.

Competenze

• Extensive experience managing multiple redundancy and restructuring programmes.
• Strong knowledge of UK redundancy legislation and collective consultation.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to own project timelines, trackers and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Discretion handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Experience producing Section 188 letters, HR1 forms and consultation documents.

Mansioni

• Own and manage the administrative delivery of the restructure, ensuring legal compliance.
• Build and maintain the master project timeline and consultation tracker.
• Coordinate individual consultation meetings and manage schedules.
• Prepare and manage documentation including letters and consultation logs.
• Support redundancy pay calculations and accuracy of figures.
• Monitor progress and identify issues to prevent misses.
• Work with People Director to ensure smooth process.
• Prepare scripts and briefing materials for managers.
