Anne Corder Recruitment is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor for an interim assignment. The role focuses on a high-volume ER caseload, advising managers, and guiding cases from start to resolution.

• Experienced ER Advisor or Employee Relations Specialist with strong ER exposure.
• Able to manage multiple ER cases from issue to resolution independently.
• Comfortable advising managers and challenging them when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a high-volume ER caseload from start to resolution.
• Advise and coach managers on a wide range of employee relations matters.
• Handle disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability cases.
• Produce documentation and maintain accurate case records.
• Support HR/People team to reduce backlog and manage risk.
