Job summary

Anne Corder Recruitment is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor for an interim assignment. The role focuses on managing a high-volume ER caseload and providing practical, commercially sensible advice to managers to drive cases to resolution.

Based in the UK with mostly remote work and occasional office days, the role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours and an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Extensive ER experience with high-volume caseloads.
• Ability to advise managers confidently and resolve cases.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
• Experience handling disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability cases.
• Ability to work largely remotely with some office presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume ER caseload from start to resolution.
• Advise and coach managers on ER matters.
• Handle disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability cases.
• Produce documentation and maintain case records.
• Work with HR/People team to reduce ER backlog.
• Identify practical solutions while managing risk.
