Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead delivering technology and business change across a growing organisation. This largely remote role includes monthly travel to our Norfolk offices and offers exposure to ERP, CRM, and finance systems within a dynamic environment.

You will own projects end-to-end, define scope with sponsors, build roadmaps, manage RAID and budgets, and collaborate with multiple colleagues and suppliers to realise benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology and business change projects.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/finance systems including implementation or migration.
• Full lifecycle delivery: planning, governance, RAID, and benefits realisation.
• Budgets, resources, third-party suppliers and multiple workstreams management.
• Proactive, hands-on and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to benefits realisation.
• Define project scope, requirements and desired outcomes with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain project plans, resource plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Establish and manage governance, reporting and communication plans.
• Identify and manage RAID (risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies).
• Coordinate activities across business teams, technology, finance and suppliers.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Ensure projects deliver objectives and business benefits.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and maintain momentum across initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM standards.
