Job summary

Together Trust is seeking a Service Transformation & Innovation Lead to drive strategic change across services in the Northwest, with hybrid working from Cheadle and travel. You will connect programmes, translate strategy into action, and support senior leaders in transformation and partnerships.

Your role is to lead improvement, align priorities, champion innovation and deliver practical, lasting change that benefits the people we support.

Qualifications

• Experience driving strategic delivery and service improvement across multiple teams or services.
• Evidence of stakeholder engagement, influencing and alignment without direct authority.
• Ability to turn priorities into actionable, measurable plans with clear outcomes.
• Ability to identify connections, risks and opportunities across complex programmes of work.
• Facilitation and collaboration to achieve shared objectives.
• Use of evidence and data to support planning and evaluation.
• Strong planning, organisation and communication skills.
• Relevant professional experience or qualifications that support success in the role.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead improvement activity to deliver the five-year strategy for Together Trust.
• Turn strategic ambitions into practical delivery plans with clarity and purpose.
• Identify opportunities to align projects, initiatives and change activity across services.
• Support senior leaders to manage priorities, dependencies and capacity.
• Champion innovation, continuous improvement and sharing best practice.
• Move ideas and partnerships from early thinking to practical change that services can adopt.
• Facilitate cross-service collaboration to strengthen outcomes and reduce duplication.
• Provide reporting, governance support and delivery assurance.
• Work in line with safeguarding policy and practice.
