Job summary

Lead Forensics is a leading SaaS provider delivering B2B sales and marketing solutions. We require an Infrastructure Engineer to maintain, enhance, and automate our hybrid infrastructure and data centres, with remote work and occasional travel to the south of England locations.

The role demands 5+ years in infrastructure engineering, strong Microsoft 365 (Intune, Entra ID) skills, Azure experience, and proficiency in AD/DNS/DHCP and networking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in infrastructure engineering supporting Microsoft technologies.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 administration skills, including Intune and Entra ID.
• Experience working in hybrid cloud environments, ideally with Azure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage hybrid infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Act as the technical escalation point for the IT Support team, resolving complex infrastructure issues.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve availability, performance, and security of infrastructure services.
• Ensure up-to-date technical documentation and operational procedures.
