AllChild is a charity pioneering a new way of working with children and young people through our two-year Impact Programme. We are seeking a Monitoring & Evaluation Manager to shape how we monitor performance, evaluate our programme and use evidence to improve support.

Reporting to the Head of Monitoring & Evaluation, you will oversee core M&E activity, support performance management and external reporting, and help build a robust M&E function across AllChild.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data.
• Excellent project management and clear communication.
• Understanding of robust monitoring and evaluation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core monitoring and evaluation activity.
• Support programme performance management and external reporting.
• Line-manage the M&E Officer and build the M&E function.
• Contribute to organisational decision-making with evidence.
