Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Solutions Engineer to articulate the value of identity security solutions to Enterprise customers worldwide. You will showcase security capabilities across hybrid environments through product demos, presentations, and POCs.

Role requires strong technical and sales acumen, collaboration with the sales team, and ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales, ideally in identity or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on administration of AWS, Azure, or GCP (IaaS/PaaS).
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, federation services.
• Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, RBAC.
• Experience scripting for automation and demo workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical guidance and business-value demos to Enterprise customers.
• Lead POC evaluations to showcase security solutions to prospects.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and ensure enterprise requirements are met.
• Build long-term relationships with technical teams and executives.
• Mentor internal teams and enable partner networks.
