Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for the UK & Ireland region. This remote role will design, implement, and demonstrate Identity Security solutions, aligning customer requirements with Idira's Security Platform to achieve technical wins throughout the sales cycle.

You will engage with multiple stakeholders, articulate technology and product positioning, and mentor peers while driving solutions across complex customer environments globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of presales and/or professional service experience in a high tech sales environment.
• Strong knowledge with Cloud solutions (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS), especially CSPs (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience with Cloud Security, Cloud Architecture and Directory Services (AD, EntraID).
• Experience with IAM/PAM/IGA spaces is preferred.
• Security concepts and roles within organizations to meet requirements.
• Possible CISSP/CISA certifications are desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Technical pre-sales support - Solution demonstrations, architecture reviews.
• Provide guidance on best practices and trends in Identity Security.
• Establish new standard approaches for deploying Idira's Identity Security Platform to secure every identity.
• Create tailored solutions and re-design access concepts for digital transformation.
• Lead technical customer proofs-of-concept (POCs).
• Develop relationships to uncover new sales opportunities within existing customers.
• Support Idira and partner seminars and industry trade shows.
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management.
