Job summary

TSG Power seeks an ICP Administrator to coordinate administrative and technical processes supporting ICP projects. Remote/UK-wide role with responsibility for POC applications, wayleaves, quotations, and engineering submissions.

You will liaise with DNOs/IDNOs, customers, and landowners, ensuring timely information flow and compliant documentation. We value 2–5 years in ICP/utility connections, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Office tools.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' ICP/DNO/IDNO or utility connections experience.
• Understanding of Point of Connection applications and customer connection activities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage DNO/IDNO POC applications from submission to offer delivery.
• Liaise with DNOs/IDNOs for network info, quotations, approvals, updates.
• Coordinate responses to customer/stakeholder enquiries about connections and progress.
• Engage with customers, landowners, and stakeholders to progress applications.
• Coordinate wayleave/easement processes, engagement and document management.
• Assist engineering/delivery teams with submissions for contestable work.
• Support estimation by gathering network data and preparing packs.
• Ensure compliance with DNO/IDNO, G81, and company procedures.
