Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Belfast is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to lead contract administration, budgeting and cost reporting on complex projects. You will work within a team, manage client relationships and undertake interim valuations on site.

Qualifications

• Working towards or aiming for Chartered status with the RICS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Contract Administration of NEC4 contracts (Varying Main Options).
• Budgeting/ forecasting/ risk management/ cost reporting/ payment processing.
• Complying/ responding with contractual timescales on behalf of the client.
• Working within a team of professionals delivering cost planning and cost reporting in line with the project programme.
• Liaising with key clients, their stakeholders and contractors, continually developing client relationships.
• Attending site and doing interim valuations where required.
• Assistance assessing final accounts.
• To be a good ambassador for your profession.
