Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a well-rounded Quantity Surveyor with pre and post-contract experience on infrastructure projects, including highways, rail, energy, utilities and MOD. The role focuses on NEC contract administration, procurement document preparation, and managing medium-sized projects with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Quantity surveying/commercial degree or equivalent qualification.
• Chartered status being pursued.
• Experience administering NEC contracts.
• Experience in managing infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of highways CESMM.
• Strong ITT/procurement document preparation skills.
• Good understanding of construction techniques and technology.
• Experience managing medium-sized projects with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and oral communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams and deliver cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities
