Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a well-rounded Quantity Surveyor with experience in pre and post contract administration for infrastructure projects. The role covers highways, rail, energy, utilities and more, requiring Chartered progress and NEC contract expertise.

The successful candidate will manage procurements, costs and stakeholder relationships in a hybrid UK environment. You will join a team delivering complex infrastructure programmes and have opportunities for training and professional growth

Qualifications

• Quantity surveying or commercial degree or equivalent qualification.
• Working towards Chartered status.
• Experience administering NEC contracts.
• Experience commercially managing infrastructure projects (highways, rail, energy, utilities).
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer the NEC suite of contracts.
• Commercially manage infrastructure projects across sectors.
• Prepare and manage ITT procurement documents.
• Assess and control project costs and value engineering.
• Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
