Job summary

Gravitas Group is seeking an experienced Hybrid Project Manager / Lead Business Analyst to lead the end-to-end implementation of a Housing Needs System. This is a hands-on delivery role working with Housing Needs services, ICT, and the software supplier.

The position is remote (UK) with a 3 days/week pattern for up to 6 months at a day rate of £400-£500, suited to someone with Local Authority delivery experience and strong governance and requirements analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a Housing Needs System or very similar housing application.
• Hybrid PM/Lead BA capability in delivery projects.
• Experience in Local Authority delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Supplier, contract, and commercial management.
• Budget management and delivery reporting.
• Project governance, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Development of a delivery roadmap and project plan.
• Coordination across Housing Needs, ICT, and the software supplier.
