Job summary

4M Recruitment is seeking an experienced Housing Systems Project Manager for a 4 month contract in Middlesex with hybrid working. The role focuses on TAMS replacement and NEC Housing System implementation, delivering digital transformation and service improvements for Housing Needs and Homelessness.

You will manage planning, testing, adoption and benefits realisation, coordinating with IT, stakeholders and suppliers to embed sustainable change and governance across services.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex housing systems projects in a public or housing sector context.
• Ability to map requirements, translate to system changes and benefits realisation.
• Strong analytics, risks, issues and governance reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital implementation of the TAMs replacement programme.
• Support the implementation and adoption of the NEC Housing System.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with operational teams to capture requirements and ensure system fit.
