Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex projects and programmes.
• Ideal candidate will have local government experience.
• Strong knowledge of project and programme management methodologies.
• Recognised project/programme management qualification such as PRINCE2, MSP or APM.

Responsibilities

• Lead major service improvement and transformation initiatives focused on resident outcomes.
• Implement strategy, policy change, and major service and system change projects.
• Establish and lead multidisciplinary delivery teams across systems, data, finance, improvement and housing services.
• Lead work around budgets, savings, service charges and value-for-money initiatives.
• Develop performance management frameworks, KPIs, budgets and targets to monitor delivery against objectives.
