Job summary

Bespoke Digital Agency is seeking an experienced HubSpot Implementation Specialist to join our delivery team. You will support and lead onboarding and implementation projects, helping clients configure, adopt and optimise HubSpot across multiple Hubs in line with business goals.

You will work closely with clients to translate requirements into practical HubSpot solutions, balancing hands-on implementation with advisory work.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience onboarding clients onto the HubSpot ecosystem.
Proven track record of successful HubSpot implementations across multiple Hubs.
Experience owning accounts from post-sales to project handover, and beyond.
Comfortable in agile, fast-paced SMB environments, where adaptability and problem-solving are key.

Responsibilities

Lead seamless HubSpot onboarding, customising implementations to fit business needs.
Provide training and guidance to help clients effectively adopt HubSpot.
Troubleshoot technical and process-related challenges during setup.
Advise clients on best practices to maximise ROI from HubSpot.
Maintain up-to-date expertise on HubSpot features and industry best practices, sharing insights internally and externally.
Identify and recommend opportunities for clients to expand their HubSpot usage for long-term success.
