Job summary

Steadman Hub in London is seeking a HubSpot Admin for an immediate start on a 6-month FTC. You will own day-to-day administration, configuration and maintenance of the CRM, working with sales, marketing and operations to keep HubSpot running smoothly.

The role focuses on data quality, building automations, reporting and user support. Hybrid working from London offers an opportunity to take ownership of the platform from day one.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM in a technical capacity.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot workflows, properties, pipelines, and reporting tools.
• Available to start immediately.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and configure the HubSpot CRM, including properties, pipelines, workflows, and permissions.
• Build and maintain automations, workflows, and reporting to support sales and marketing processes.
• Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring the CRM remains clean and well-structured.
• Support users across the business, troubleshooting issues and driving best practice on the platform.

Steadman Hub are working alongside a growing business based in London who are looking to hire a HubSpot Admin to join their team on an immediate start for a 6m FTC. Our client relies heavily on HubSpot to power their sales and marketing operations, and they need a technical HubSpot professional who can hit the ground running.

As HubSpot Admin, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the CRM. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to keep the platform running smoothly, ensuring data quality and supporting adoption across the business from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and configure the HubSpot CRM, including properties, pipelines, workflows, and permissions - as well as wider business systems like HR, Finance, and Sales tools.
• Build and maintain automations, workflows, and reporting to support sales and marketing processes.
• Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring the CRM remains clean, accurate, and well-structured.
• Support users across the business, troubleshooting issues and driving best practice on the platform.

Experience and Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM in a technical capacity, as well as experience managing HR Data tools, Finance tools, and sales tools (that integrate into HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of HubSpot workflows, properties, pipelines, and reporting tools.
• Available to start immediately.
• Comfortable working independently and picking up ownership of the platform quickly.
