• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment technologies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in recruitment consultancy or a similar talent acquisition role.
• Demonstrated success in managing a variety of recruitment mandates, with experience in the Eastern Cape market being advantageous.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• A relevant tertiary qualification is highly preferred.
