Job summary

MYO Talent seeks an experienced HR/People Administrator to join their People Operations team in Warwick. You will support core HR processes including joiners, leavers, absence, immigration, benefits and reward, while ensuring accurate HR data and delivering a proactive service to colleagues.

This is a 6-month contract with hybrid working (remote work plus 2 days onsite in Warwick) and a daily rate of £200-£300 inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/People Administration.
• Proficient HR data entry and systems experience.
• Familiar with Workday or similar HR systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
