WorkNest is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide practical, business-focused HR support to clients across various sectors. You will advise on employee relations matters, draft documentation, and build trusted relationships with managers, supported by a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Provide professional HR advice via telephone and email.
• Advise on disciplinary, grievance, absence management, restructures and TUPE.
• Draft and review employment documents and policies reflecting current legislation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries within agreed service levels.
• Draft and review employment letters and statements.
• Help update employee handbooks and policies to reflect current needs.
• Support HR Consultants when they are unavailable.
