Remote HR Advisor: Employee Relations & Onboarding

Zusammenfassung

RSK Group is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to support senior stakeholders, assist with onboarding new acquisitions, and help drive the HR strategy forward. The role is remote with occasional travel across the UK and is a full-time, permanent position.

You will coach managers on HR policies, handle disciplinary and absence matters, and mentor junior teammates while ensuring compliance with employment law and TUPE/M&A considerations.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in HR Advising within a complex organisations.
• CIPD Level 5, or another relevant HR Qualification.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and able to advise and articulate these.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Understanding and experience of M&A and TUPE would be advantageous

Aufgaben

• Lead, manage and co-ordinate disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, TUPE and a range of employment relations matters, ensuring policy and legislation are followed.
• Coach, support and mentor managers in HR policies and practices, providing guidance on employment issues to minimise risk and financial exposure.
• Mentor and support less experienced team members to deliver the HR strategy.
• Ensure absenteeism is managed through absence management policies, including referrals as applicable.
• Be flexible and willing to perform additional tasks within your level of capability without additional remuneration.
