Job summary

The Travel Chapter Ltd. is seeking an experienced Property Operations Team Manager to lead our Property Management teams across Dorset, the Isle of Wight and surrounding areas. The role includes remote leadership of multiple locations, coaching individuals and driving performance to maintain high service standards.

You will travel within the portfolio, support stakeholder relationships, and help grow the portfolio while ensuring health and safety practices are consistently followed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership experience across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.
• Experience acting as a senior escalation point for customer issues.
