As the role grows, you’ll expand partnerships, refine agent workflows, and ensure rigorous human review where required, all while balancing clinical and technical responsibilities in a health tech context.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning complex operational, clinical or partnership work.
• Fluency with AI tools and agent workflows.
• Romantic streak about software and product impact.
• Ability to manage multiple open threads and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Run information‑gathering, outreach and partnership programs across NHS organizations end to end.
• Build and maintain tracking systems for contacts, documents, deadlines, and responses.
• Set up and manage AI‑agent workflows for repetitive multi‑step tasks in production.
• Audit agent outputs, identify failure modes and enforce human review when needed.
• Write to NHS teams, publishers, societies and universities in a trusted register.
• Map the clinical knowledge landscape and identify priority conversations.
• Prepare founder‑level partnership meetings and capture accurate notes.
• Highlight risks, gaps and decisions with short, clear updates.
