Job summary

PSD Scotland Technology Service is seeking two DLI Helpdesk Agents for remote-friendly, hybrid roles. You will provide user and technical support for the Turas platform to health and social care staff and the public across Scotland.

Roles are Fixed Term, Full Time (36 hours/week) with NHS secondment options; you must be eligible to work in the UK. Flexible patterns and interdisciplinary collaboration are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment with excellent communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on resolving customer issues to the end-user’s satisfaction.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling requests.
• Ability to explain technical information in clear terms to a wide range of stakeholders (verbal and written).
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, care and compassion when dealing with others and using tact.
• Ability to work independently, organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide user and technical support for the Turas platform to health and social care users.
• Assist internal and external service users with enquiries across health and social care.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality service and knowledge sharing.
• Document interactions and escalate where appropriate.
