Job summary

DAC Beachcroft is seeking a strategic Head of Platform & Product Delivery to lead technology programmes across the business, shaping roadmaps and delivering innovative solutions for internal operations and clients.

You will oversee major platforms and products, drive governance, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in a regulated environment. Flexible working options are available, with remote collaboration across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large-scale technology programmes, platforms or products in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to establish product management disciplines within a growing business.
• Strong knowledge of agile delivery within hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology delivery function with strong PMO governance and delivery discipline.
• Oversee major technology programmes (case management, data platforms, HR, finance, CRM).
• Own platform and product roadmaps for internal systems and client-facing products.
• Prioritise features with stakeholders based on business needs and strategy.
• Drive agile practices and remove delivery risks and roadblocks.
• Ensure quality assurance, testing strategies, and release management for platforms.
• Deliver client-facing tech solutions including portals, integrations, and AI-enabled products.
