Job summary

Consult is seeking a Software Engineering Director/Manager for a 12-month contract, offering £700–£1,000 per day Inside IR35. The role is hybrid, based in Warwickshire with remote work available (approx. 1 day in office weekly).

You will lead multiple software engineering teams, drive a change agenda, coach developers, and shape a transition from service to product-led models while overseeing SAFe PI Planning, CI/CD, and pipeline automation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple software development teams.
• Ability to embed change and drive new ways of working.
• Experience coaching and developing engineering teams.
• Experience transitioning teams from service to product-led models.
• Leads SAFe PI Planning and backlog management.
• Expertise in pipeline automation, CI/CD and DevSecOps.
