Holiday Extras in Hythe, Kent is seeking a Head of Software Delivery to run the delivery system for Product Development. As a senior member of the Product Development Leadership Team, you’ll collaborate with leaders in Product, Engineering, Architecture and IT to provide visibility and the discipline needed for timely decisions.

This role unifies strategic initiatives, platform work, security and health into a single delivery picture, leading an agile delivery team and improving planning,

Qualifications

• Experience leading agile delivery for product development and senior teams.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams, dependencies and priorities.
• Clear, concise communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an integrated view of Product Development delivery across initiatives, platform work, security and technical health.
• Own and coordinate the Product Development planning and operating rhythm, including cycles and reviews.
• Provide reliable information on progress, forecasts, risks and trade-offs to PDLT and stakeholders.
• Surface dependencies and delivery risks early with owners and next steps.
• Lead, support and develop a high-performing agile delivery team and improve planning and forecasting.
