Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is seeking an experienced Event Travel Manager to lead end-to-end group travel for a dedicated client. You will coordinate group air bookings, work with the Operations Director and team to ensure seamless service, and deliver value through efficient travel programmes.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in Group/Business Travel, proficient Sabre users, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Group Travel, Event Travel, Business Travel, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing group air bookings and complex travel programmes.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the end-to-end project management and coordination of multiple small to medium-sized group air programs running simultaneously, managing travel for up to 600 passengers per month.
• Arranging and coordinating both air and rail travel, ensuring smooth and efficient end-to-end logistics.
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure the most cost-effective fares for the client while maximising revenue for CTM M&E.
• Occasional travel and on-site event support when required.
• Preparation of proposals, quotations, and destination feasibility studies, with occasional involvement in client pitching.
• Budget management and end-to-end project financial oversight.
• Full reconciliation of project accounts to ensure accuracy and financial control.
