CTRD is seeking a finance professional to support accounting operations across multiple entities. The role covers AP/AR, GL activities, and project cost management, ensuring accuracy and compliant processes within a UK context.

Remote UK opportunity with a focus on month-end/year-end close, ERP exposure, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain robust financial controls.

Qualifications

• Accounting certification or progression towards (AAT, CIMA or equivalent).
• Prior experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of UK financial regulations and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the management of accounting operations across multiple legal entities, including AP/AR and GL activities.
• Accounts payable – raising quotes, orders and initial payment runs for approval.
• Monitor and track project expenditure to ensure costs are controlled and within budgets.
• Processing and reconciling expenses with receipts and project allocations.
• Reconciling bank accounts with VAT receipts allocated to projects.
• Tracking sales invoices recorded in Xero by project.
• Assisting with payroll administration and cost allocations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions, reporting and intercompany transactions.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including external bookkeeper and suppliers.
