Job summary

Impact HR is hiring a part-time Group Accounts Assistant to support the Group Management Accountant by overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping for three entities. This remote role offers 25 hours per week and a salary of £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

You will handle Accounts Payable and Receivable, maintain fixed asset registers, and respond to supplier and client queries. This is a developing role in a growing SME with training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Strong grades in Mathematics.
• Ideally working towards an Accounting qualification such as AAT.
• Accuracy and attention to detail; good prioritising and time management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping for 3 companies.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Process supplier invoices and chase overdue invoices.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain fixed asset registers.
