Qualifications

• Interest in Project Management, PMO, Business Operations, or Project Coordination.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• No project management experience required – full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects across multiple business areas.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
• Coordinate meetings, project updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project timelines and assist with task tracking.
