Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the volume of incoming triage tickets across GP practices, ensuring action within timeframes.
• Accurately record and update triage data across clinical systems (EMIS, SystmOne, Docman).
• Route and reassign triage tickets to the appropriate GP.
• Send patient questionnaires and track completion for GP review.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation per information governance.
