Job summary

Omnes Healthcare in the UK is seeking an experienced clinician to provide consultant-level remote ENT and audiology input. You will triage referrals and deliver high-quality Advice and Guidance to referrers, including interpretation of investigations and imaging to shape safe management plans.

Work from home with UK-based responsibilities, ensuring timely KPI delivery, robust governance, and clear written outputs for patients and general practitioners.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration with licence to practise.
• ENT consultant-level experience enabling independent remote clinical decisions.
• Experience in referral triage and providing specialist Advice and Guidance to primary care.
• Ability to review investigations and imaging to plan safe management.
• Strong written communication and safety-netting.
• Experience using electronic clinical records and governance systems.
• Understanding of information governance and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Clinically triage ENT referrals via e-RS/SystmOne to determine urgency and pathway.
• Provide timely Advice and Guidance with clear recommendations.
• Support KPI delivery by prioritising work and escalating risks.
• Review diagnostic results and imaging, document next steps.
• Complete harm reviews and ensure appropriate action and escalation.
• Audit and quality-improvement participation as agreed.
• Communicate effectively with referrers, MDT, and patients/GPs.
