Job summary

You will deliver technical support, conduct field operations including installations and live demonstrations, and train partners across resellers and OEMs. Collaboration with Product and Engineering will help shape future marine positioning solutions; travel about 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geomatics or Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
• Hydrographic surveying experience with common survey software packages (Qimera, Hypack, EIVA, CARIS) and multibeam sonar systems.
• IHO CAT A Accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and high-calibre advice to international clients across office, digital, and field settings.
• Undertake hands-on field operations including new system installations, development testing, inside sales support, and live product demonstrations.
• Empower global partners by creating and delivering training courses for resellers and OEMs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to refine future marine hardware and software products based on real-world market feedback.
• Assist with dispatch, shipment logs, and other cross-functional needs.
• Join a global support rotation with approx. 30% travel and follow-the-sun coverage.
