Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc is seeking a Marine Engineer to join our Bristol-based team. You will provide practical marine electronics installation expertise across ®em-trak products and related systems, supporting customers globally with installation best practices and documentation.

The role combines on-site and international travel, requiring strong troubleshooting abilities and direct collaboration with customers, installers and project teams.

Qualifications

Strong marine electronics installation experience.
AMEI or BMET qualifications are beneficial, but experience is valued.
Solid understanding of AIS, GNSS, VHF and marine RF systems.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain installation standards for transceiver deployments.
Produce installation guidance, drawings and documentation for customers.
Provide remote and on-site deployment support and training.
Support installation governance, verification and sign-off processes.
Identify risks and opportunities from field observations and feed back to Engineering.
