Tyk is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter on a 12-month fixed-term mat cover, starting May 2026, to deliver high-quality end-to-end recruitment across a global, fully remote business. You’ll own multiple vacancies, partner with hiring managers, and represent the Tyk brand to attract top talent.

This role emphasizes proactive sourcing, candidate experience, and scalable hiring processes, with close collaboration across the People team to meet hiring timelines.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience recruiting within a tech environment.
• Experience managing multiple roles across different regions (international hiring essential).
• Strong sourcing capability and proactive candidate engagement.
• Experience working with an ATS and maintaining recruitment data.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, global environment.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple global vacancies across functions and regions.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Tyk and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to scope roles and hiring plans.
• Write and refine job descriptions and adverts as needed.
• Design and manage structured interview processes and timelines.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, direct sourcing, and talent pools.
• Guide offers through to contract setup and onboarding support.
