Zusammenfassung

Cloudbeds is seeking a Senior Onboarding Lead to steer mid-market onboarding from sales handoff through go-live, adoption, and transition to Account Management. You’ll drive onboarding velocity, deployment quality, CSAT, and early retention while removing blockers and elevating customer experience.

You’ll lead a dispersed onboarding team, build scalable frameworks and SOPs, partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Accounts, and apply data-driven decisions to improve outcomes for multi-property

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in hospitality or hospitality technology with onboarding or implementation leadership.
• Proven ability to build scalable onboarding frameworks and cross-functional partnerships.
• Strong data-driven mindset and KPI ownership to improve onboarding outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop the Mid-Market Onboarding team, setting clear performance standards.
• Own end-to-end onboarding outcomes from sales handoff to go-live and transition to AM.
• Build standardized onboarding frameworks and configuration standards for multi-property deployments.
• Establish metrics for onboarding velocity, quality scores, CSAT/NPS, and retention.
• Own capacity planning and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Support, and Accounts.
