Job summary

CBSbutler is assisting a global gaming brand in London to appoint an experienced D2C / eCommerce Operations professional on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, standardisation and continuous improvement across a multi-market, direct-to-consumer network.

You will own process improvements, manage 3PL relationships, support system integrations, analyze KPIs and collaborate with Commercial, Finance, IT and Supply Chain to enable successful market launches and

Qualifications

• Strong background in D2C, eCommerce, supply chain or logistics.
• Experience with 3PL, fulfilment and global logistics networks.
• Proven track record delivering process improvement and standardisation.
• Experience with systems integration, UAT and operational implementation.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive global D2C process standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve operational, fulfilment and supply chain issues.
• Manage and improve 3PL, warehousing and logistics partner performance.
• Support system integrations, enhancements, UAT and partner onboarding.
• Analyse KPIs and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support new market launches, SKU growth and operational expansion.
• Work closely with Commercial, Finance, IT, Supply Chain and Operations teams.
• Develop business cases, improvement plans and executive-level reporting.
