CBSbutler is seeking a Supply Chain & Logisitcs Analyst to drive D2C/eCommerce operational excellence across a global online retail business. You will identify improvements, standardise processes and support international expansion, collaborating with analytics, IT, finance, supply chain and logistics teams.

Remote or hybrid from London, 37.5 hours per week, start ASAP. The role is a 12-month contract with potential extension; rate £44 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in D2C/eCommerce operations or related fields.
• Experience with 3PL onboarding, systems integration, enhancements and UAT.
• Strong analytics: KPI development, dashboards and data-led decisions.
• Experience supporting international expansion across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to build business cases, roadmaps and cost-benefit analyses.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Self-starter, autonomous and capable of delivering with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Drive global D2C operational excellence, standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Analyse regional capabilities, identify gaps and develop improvement plans.
• Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to develop KPIs and dashboards.
• Support international expansion and new product range introductions.
• Manage 3PL onboarding, system integrations and ongoing improvements.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Develop business plans, executive summaries, roadmaps and cost-benefit analyses.
• Monitor costs, benefits, risks and provide updates to senior stakeholders.
• Work with Commercial, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Warehousing and Logistics teams.
• Establish global processes and ensure partners meet requirements.
