Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior operations leadership, ideally within luxury, design, D2C or premium e-commerce.
• Strong supply chain, logistics, and customer experience background.
• Experience building scalable, efficient global operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and streamline global supply chain, logistics, and aftersales operations.
• Build scalable systems for product, sample, order, and delivery management.
• Oversee key vendor relationships across freight, warehousing, and production.
