Job summary

ZRG Partners is working with a fast-growing international fintech bank to expand its client base across payments, digital assets and financial services. This is a sales role, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for taking prospects from first conversation to onboarding.

You will travel regularly, present at industry events, and close deals for multi-currency accounts, cross-border payments, FX and custody services, in a lean team where you handle many aspects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial services or related sales roles.
• Proven track record of winning new business personally with measurable results.
• Experience in a small or fast-growing organisation with limited support.
• Credible with sophisticated, compliance-minded buyers.

Responsibilities

• Win new clients across PSPs, EMIs, payment institutions, FX firms, fintechs, digital asset businesses, trust companies, corporates and insurers.
• Sell operational and client-money accounts, cross-border and instant payments, FX, and custody and execution services.
• Run the full cycle: prospecting, pitching, pricing, onboarding and ongoing relationship growth.
• Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and follow-up consistently.
• Represent the bank at industry events and client roadshows.
